Lipi passbook printer repairing?

Dear sir/Madam, While printing a passbook/DD/BC Our LIPI passbook printer is not working properly, sometime it print and sometime it doesnot work. We have also lodged a complaint against this but we didnt received anything yet. So kindly help us. Thanking you Bank

Hi Aruna

You should be escalating the problem to your branch head and in turn to the vendor.  Do not post such internal problems on public domain.
