No printer in bank branch?

I am Atin Wadhwani from Bareilly (Uttar pradesh). I have an account. The problem which i am facing is that since past 11 months i am unable to print my passbook. The emplyees in branch are answering that their printer is not woking since 11 months and because of that i am unable to print my passbook. Kindly sort my problem as soon as possible.

Dear Atin

Printer problem is internal to SBI.  That can not be a perennial reason for not printing your passbook.  Please do meet the Branch Manager for your requirement, since the counter officials are unable to help you in getting your passbook updated.  The bank is under obligation to update the passbook, having provided the same to you.  If the Branch Manager too expresses his inability, then you may write to SBI's senior management for redressal of your grievance.
