Hi team.. just want to confirm that can i get money back in my account as i hv done a transactn on 18 aug 2015 from bank atm but the machine cannot dispense cash of rs.1000... pls help me out in this regard.. vishakha

Hi Vishaka

Please take it up on priority with your home branch manager.  Give a complaint in writing about the non-dispensation of Rs.1000/-.  The bank would check their CCTV recording and reconciliation statements and if surplus is found, would credit your account.  Please note that generally the banks would have CCTV footage for 90 days.  Hence, take it up urgently.
