Question

A very big blunder done from bank person issued on 11/09/2015 by bank was disowned and returned to me by bank saying incorrect info. However the problem was from the end of  bank which did not consider the entire amount mentioned on DD and ignored 38 paise because of which the DD was disowned. I wonder this kind of mistakes are happening in I suffered a lot of inconvenience because of the above issue. Kindly look into the matter on high priority and take note of this kind of miss from your team on serious grounds. Sankalp Gupta
