Non intimation of transactions from my account through SMS?

I have account at your jodhpur branch and is being charged annual fee towards the service of providing transaction alerts on my mobile through SMS. lately no such service is provided though transaction of large amount of money in my account. i am a priority customer. i contacted relationship manager at your branch and he advised me to put complain at customer.service of the complaint

Mr Kantilal,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

If you have availed SMS alert facility at the time of opening of the account or subsequently and Bank is charging you to that effect, you should get transaction alert for every transaction in your account. You may escalate the issue to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. You may also seek refund of the alert charges levied to you but you did not receive SMS alert during that period. If your complain is not resolved in a reasonable period of time, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the complain.
