My name is Abid khan and i am a customer of your bank since last 2 years. But due to some reason i got late to pay credit card bill, and next day I got a call from one of executive his name is LALIT JAIN. The way he talks to is very unprofessional and very rude. If bank employee will behave in such a manner then its a worst bank I have ever seen. If bank can't afford to keep a well educated employee then it should get shut down. If management can see this then I want to through out LALIT JAIN from otherwise I am going to surrender my credit card and also will surrender 40 other credit cards of my collegues in office. He said pay the bill other wise I will send an executive to your office then you will feel very bad for it, what the fu** is that. I have a complete recording of that call. Bank can contact me (after 4.30 pm) any day. Lalit do not call me ever.

Hi Abid,

A customer is supposed to clear his Credit card dues within due time. If there is a delay, the Bank will follow up to recover the amount. This is the standard procedure. If you have cleared the outstanding dues in the mean time and still feel hurt about the bad & unacceptable approach on part of the Bank, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
