Misbehave with customer?

Dear Sir/Mam,

 I deposited some cash via cheque but that cheque did not get cleared. When after a week when I went to branch then one of the staff member said that there is some name problem and started their personal conversation between in office time ignoring the customers. When asked the staff to inform then they said they don't have time to inform. When I asked to explain the problem they again said they don't have time to explain told me to leave the bank. When I said this no way talk your customer they then called the gaurd and told him to throw me out of the bank. They didn't even care about a senior citizen customer. They don't answer any of my query. The misbehavior they did with a senior citizen was not tolerable. I mean how can a staff who is working for us and getting paid for that may talk like this or throw the customer out of the bank. So, therefore, being a regular senior citizen customer I want a written apology for this misbehavior and request you take strict action against them.

Sincerely regret the delay in answering. We hope that your issue might have been resolved.  We would definitely like to assist you in future for any queries. If your problem still remains unresolved, the solution is as follows.

The behaviour of the bank officials was really high handed.  You certainly deserve an apology.  Directly meet up with the Branch Manager, make him listen to the ordeal you have undergone and seek a written apology.  If he too is not responding positively, need to take it up with bank's senior management.  The relevant details of officials of top management would be available on the bank's website and made use of.
