IVR machine not working properly?

Hi All, 
IVR will disconnect the call after entering all the details (Cust id / Mobile number), it happened to me around 25 times from the last 1 year . 
Never connects promptly, if you enter any wrong number it automatically disconnects, it wont give any second chance

Please let us know what services you would like to avail through IVR so that the proper advice may be extended with. In the case referred you will have to give the complaint to the branch where you are maintaining the account to get the desired redressal.
