Atm is not functioning properly?

Dear Axis bank Team I stay in virar west. Atm next to station gaothan road is not functioning in the terms of electricity back -up, a.c is not in operation mode., no receipts, 100 rs note not available, Atm machine damage, no cleanliness. Kindly look into this matter ASAP & get it resolved. I have made a complain to virar branch But no improvement.

Dear Atul

Mail the status of the ATM to the right team, who manage and monitor the ATM network of Axis Bank.  You should be able to find out the correct officials / mail ID on Axis Bank's website, wherein the complaint / feedback be sent across.  Even the ATM site, which is being mentioned by you, should be exhibiting those details, including the ATM ID.

Well is there compensations. My gas,time, I was late on my payment because of that. Now I have to pay late 25 $ late fees.
