Amount deducted towards loan emi and not been paid?

Dear Sir, 
I am writing this mail to bring to your notice that the problem I have been facing with Bank.
I am having a personal loan with bank.(Loan No-PPRxxxxxxxx2543, Loan amount-150, 000 and EMI-3850/pm). Fifth of every month the emi amount of Rs.3850 is been deducted from my account through ECS mode.
In the month of October 2015 due to my financial problem I wasn’t able to make the payment on 5th October and in my account it was showing as lien amount of Rs.3850. On 16th October 2015 there was a credit of Rs.20, 770 in my account out of which the lien amount of rs.3850 got cleared.
But now I have been getting lot of calls from bank to make the payment for loan emi.The amount which has been deducted from my account Rs.3850 has not been payed towards loan emi.and is not reflecting any where.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me in this.

Hi Jexi Thomas

Request you to obtain from your banker a certificate stating the amount has been debited and remitted to the purpose for which it has been debited and submit the same to the Loan department. This will solve all your problem. If it is the same bank from whom you have availed the redressal will be faster.
