Dear Raheel

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Converting your credit card spends into EMIs is the prerogative of the card issuing bank, based on your track record with them.  You can not demand that all your spends on credit card be converted into EMIs.  I am confused at your statement that during the last 7 years, you have paid lot of hard earned money to the bank.  How is it possible and why you should?  You must only be paying the credit card bills, after due verification whether you utilised the credit or not.  Then, why you would be paying your hard earned money to them.  Your mail sans logic.  As for conversion of EMIs, certain purchases come with an auto offer of EMIs and otherwise, you may have to request your bank, which might consider, subject to their guidelines.
