I have book online hotel from GOIBIBO via Bank Debit card on 19.10.2015.Transection amount Rs.11073.and same has been cancelled on same day.( A/c NO XXXXXXXXXX2346 - Bhairavnath branch, Ahmedabad.Inquire from GOIBIBO-They give the credit bank in two days till date Bank not given me a credit for same.nither giving the clearience that they have not received the credit so I can complain with GOIBIBO

Dear Darshan

Please obtain refund details from GOIBIBO, viz., date of refund, transaction reference number, bank etc, whereby you can approach your home branch for the credit.  If your bank states that they have not received the relative refund credit, they need certain minimum details to trace the same.  Simultaneously, you should also take up with GOIBIBO that your account is not credited with the stated refund.
