Sir today i have been added 250 rs (two times )money from rupay debit card but it is not added in mobiwik wallet and my money has been debated from my bank account . What can i do i cant understand

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please take up with your branch officials to understand the processes involved in such transactions. I am sure they will guide you and ensure your money is not lost. In case you do not get required assistance you may escalate the matter to Nodal Officer of your bank through email or letter. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
