My name is khalil . i submitted document to sales executive in bank on 18 -sept-2015 but still i m not getting any call or sms from bank. My form no. is EF7074. PLz reply if it is rejected or what ?

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

There is every possibility that you did not qualify for credit card as per the bank's norms. It would have been appropriate for the Sales Executive to inform you the status. No action can be pursued against anyone in the matter. You may approach some other bank for credit card. You must remember that credit cards are issued on invitation and purely at the discretion of the institution.
