Below complaint no raised with Bank I had placed an order through Flipkart on 10th Dec 2015, payment was done through Bank  Debit Card .Since the delivery of the product was expected to take long time, i had cancelled the order and requested for refund.Iam chasing with bank but they had not yet credited my amount.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The bank would be able to credit your account, only when the vendor (Flipkart) returns the amount to them.  You need to check from Flipkart, as to whether they have refunded the amount pertaining to your cancelled order to your bank account.  If they confirm so, armed with the refund details given by Flipkart, take it up with the Bank for immediate credit.  If it is a failure on the part of Flipkart, you can't blame the bank.  Please check it out and take it up accordingly.  However, if both of them are not responding to you, prefer a written complaint to the Nodal Officer of the bank, whose contact details would be available on their website and also file a case with consumer forum against Flipkart.
