Reversal of my money not happened?

There was a unauthorised transaction done by bank and the banking officer is not reversing my money inspite of having a conversation for nearly an hour.Totally disappointed and unhappy

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Unless the nature and details of the unauthorized transactions are mentioned, it would not be possible to guide.  What transpired during the nearly an hour of discussion with the bank officer?  Please do inform the real problem / issue, so that possible course of action can be suggested.
