Not received cash back on purchase of mobile from 3 months?

I purchased a Yureka mobile through AMAZON. Bill date is oct 13, 2015 Amount payed by your bank card is 9049/- On purchasing time company said 15% cash back on the purchasing amount By your bank credit of debit card. I have purchased this mobile through bank Debit card But I can not received 15% cash till now. Please send my cash back as early as possible. Thanx Manpreet

If the cash back offer was made by the company, you should be taking it up with Amazon for reimbursing the same.  If the offer was made by the bank itself, then get in touch with your home branch and in writing request for the same.  Thus, you need to first ascertain the factual status regarding the offer and do prefer a claim accordingly.
