I have blocked my credit on 2nd december. After that i have online fill address update form. And sent it via bank and also via personal courier in dec and jan. After that i have asked sevral time via call and mail. They are saying only one thing your document we have recieved, but it is underprogess, so i dont which kind of services they provided. A person if want to buy a credit card they will call pease open sir. If you open they will never give aa value to customer after that.

It is suggested to handover a written complaint to home branch detailing the delay / issue, for an urgent update of your address by the bank.  You may also complain to the Nodal Officer of the bank regarding the inordinate delay.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
