I am shamshid milakkattu kandy holding an account at thamarassery branch of federal bank in calicut, kerala wants to submit a complaint about the misbehaviour of a staff...today evening I just went to this branch with my family to open a locker...but the staff whom I asked the details about it was busy with some other things...and I waits ther for almost 15 min., but his behaviour was really arrogant...I informed the matter to branch manager..

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You have done right in bringing the behavioral attitude / misbehavior of the staff to the notice of the branch manager.  I'm sure that the branch manager would reprimand the staff member and counsel him appropriately.  You can check the behavior of the same staff member, during your next visit to the branch.
