Myself Sowmia, account holder of  your bank, namakkal branch. XXXXXXXXXX7753- Account Number Account holder name - Sowmia. R. On 5th feb'16 they have debited Rs.171.75 twice consiquently from my account without any authorization (AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR DEC2015 & AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR JAN2016). Request to refund the amount asap. Am getting the alert message today. How can i keep a track of account balance.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The transaction narration quoted by you indicate that these pertain to recovery of penalty for non maintenance of requisite minimum balance in your account. I am not sure if you understood the terms and conditions of the product, particularly the average minimum balance expected to be maintained in your account.

I suggest you to visit your home branch for necessary clarification and corrective action.
