Wrongly deduction of money from my account?

Question

Updating my pass book on 05/05/2016, I noticed that there is a transaction on 10/04/2016 for Rs.6229.45 vide POS 041016776114 MOPS-SBC-0UR-CARD-DR This is not transacted by me in any case and I request you to revert back the amount in my account immediately. Ienquired in my branch and they said that you have to take up the matter with customer care

You should have immediately taken up with Customer Service Department  of the Bank. If not already done, please take up without losing further time.
