Feedback for your call centers?

Question

On Aug 25, 2015, I called the Customer Care for my queries they was very confident and gave me full information for my questions, she was very soft spoken and polite. I have had so many calls with your bank but this was the 1st time I was impressed and I have taken the time to send positive feedback to her.
