my name is suraj ramkishan nishad and my lone account no 3660000000  sir on date 4/2/2016 and 4/5/2016 my ecs returned because of banking technically problem and (4/5/2016) cheque sing not proper check by your staff and thy are deposited in my account that's way cheque return by bank and all the charges enforce to me to pay so i request to remove my charges and i am Ready to pay my ecs properly for your conformation i am attached the my bank pass book in that pass book u can seen the balance in my account on the date of ecs presenting date so sir i request to pleas remove my extra charges and pleas conform me faster to replay me for payment of ecs .my contact no XXXXXXXX83

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I suggest you to take up the matter with Customer Service Department of your bank. If you do not get any response, you may escalate the matter to Nodal Officer of the Bank through email or letter for resolution. Contact details of Customer Service Department/Nodal Officer can be found on your Bank's website.
