Please provide as much information as possible...One of the branch employees of NFC met me and asked me to apply for credit card from their branch..I agreed on same and very next day he asked me for documents..I submitted all my documents to them. They asked me to wait for the verification call...I waited for more then one month ...After that I called continously for the status update...he never received my call..when I called in branch I got to know that still one more document is left which they never asked me earlier and I have to submit it and wait for another 15 days for card process...I was very exited as this was my first credit card...I work for Audi automobile we are having a corporate salaried account of 165 members form bank..thinking about the same I applied credit card as I have my salaried account with them...exitement changed into dissatisfaction...worst experience ever...Now i will definitely ask my Hr to discontinued all accounts going on with ur bank...Fake employees they don't care about customers...They forgot that bank is bcoz of their customers. ..

Sincerely regret the delay in answering. We hope that your issue might have been resolved.  We would definitely like to assist you in future for any queries. If your problem still remains unresolved, the solution is as follows.

I agree with your genuine grievance.  You should take it up with your employer / HR of Audi to understand the terms of agreement.  You may also direct your grievance to the bank and banking ombudsman for appropriate redressal.  The process is as follows.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
