Regarding late delivery of payment to be sent to student fees at Canada?

I had visited the bank and asked to send the fees of my child to canada from my account i completed all the formalities at 14-09-2015 11.30 Am but the payment 12000 dollers not recieved my son Gauravdeep Singh and nor i got the message please explain why my payment was not sent till date and my account also got debited when i ask to branch staff they said they dont know anything

Dear Kamaljit

We only guide you regarding any banking related grievances/complaints.  If all the application formalities were completed in your bank on 14/9/2015 towards remittance of CAD 12000 for the fee of your child, the amount should have been credited by this day.  Your bank is certainly answerable for non remittance of the amount, especially as it was towards child's fee. Please meet the branch manager in person and seek explanation for the same in writing.  If no response is received, then you may choose to escalate the complaint further.
