My Name is Venket I am following with Bank Pune since 2 months to reimburse my last loan amount around 6 lakhs . Due to this i am not able to take possession of my house on time and facing lot of issues due to builder demanding the interest on delay by  BANK . And also i am loosing the rent for these period . Overall it is huge loss to me and i am not able to get any justice from  BANK even after escalation to the top management. 
 

I had almost written more than 50 emails and numerous phone calls on daily basis .

But even after escalation to highest authority there is no correct commitment and every day they commit false days and no one is responsible to answer .

It looks this banks has more business hence such treatment is given to common man . And they are sailing in the country with there own terms and conditions .

Mr. Venkat

It appears that despite complying with the requirement the Bank is not releasing the payment. You will have to take up with Nodal officer of the Bank and also to MD office for response. If you do not get response even after a weeks time you will have to take the matter with Ombudsman for redressal.
