Money not credited in My A/C?

Hello Sir / Madam, On 16th Sep 2015 i have deposited Rs.10600 (1000 * 3 notes+15*500+1*100) on my account in the name of  through cash deposit machine which has installed in the bank. When i deposit the amount no credit the amount in my a/c, when i asked bank officer they said some time the problem occours you don't worry the money will credited in your account in 2-3 working days. Now 13 days have been gone i am going to bank everyday they said we have send the complaint it will credited in your account very soon. I request you to please look into this matter and credited my Rs.10600 in my account. Thanks and regards

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards cash deposit through Cash Deposit Machine, the funds are credited instantaneously. You also get a printed deposit receipt for the transaction. If the funds are not credited for any reason, Bank officials, while carrying out daily settlement, credit the funds. If the CDM settlement is outsourced by the Bank, it may take at the most two days for credit. You may escalate the issue to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website. Please retain the deposit receipt with you till you get credit of funds.

In case your complain is not resolved by nodal officer, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution.
