Revision of pension with reference to 6th CPC Recommendation.?

I the under signed Mr. P.R.Bende, Retired EO, for Workers Education, having PP0 No. 690 and  is humbly submit my request as under to look into the matter personally. My pension has been revised by my department  (copy enclosed) and issued a letter to the Chief Manager As i am having my SB a/c at code  to arrange to pay Pension to Shri P.R.Bende (copy enclosed) on dated 14.5.2015. Still I have not received my revised pension with arrears. On enquiry in the branch it is said that the matter has been referred to CPPC, Govindpura, Bhopal for further action. I do not under, when the Chief Manager, Nagpur Br. has instructed the Manager, Durg to arrange to pay pension to Shri P.R.Bende and debit to this Branch through Branch clearing General A/c and send pension payment scrolls, the Manager,  Durg sent my paper to ince May 2015 I am suffering due to non payment of Pension at revised rate and its arrears. Once again I request you to look into the matter and help me. P.R.Bende,

Mr Bhande,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards payment of revised pension, let me clarify that pension payment process is centralised at CPC. Your revised PPO must have gone to CPC for effecting change in the pension and revised pension data would come form CPC for disbursement, along with arrears. Normally, it does not take more than one payment cycle for recording revised pension particulars. Since it has got delayed by more than 3 months, you may escalate the issue to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website.
