I am from saravanan l am mallanginar  branch my account balance debit 1week 1time 1000rs pos puch in mobikwik this is rebund my money kindly arrange to action immatiatly

Selvam,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards debit of Rs 1000/- to your account, please check with the branch officials whether funds are remitted to the service provider. If funds stands remitted to service provider, you will have to take up the issue with service provider.

My response is based on the understanding that you tried to recharge and your attempt failed but your Bank account got debited.
