Fixed deposits?

I need my tds details on my fixed deposit and bank employees are not giving me satisfactory answer... i want a positive rply from consumer care... kindly check

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards details of TDS on Fixed deposit, you may write to the branch officials seeking TDS certificate. If you do not get response from the branch, you may escalate the issue to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. You can also check deduction of tax on Income Tax site in 26AS statement where credit would appear for the TDS. As a last resort, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the complain.
