Hello All,

I have transacted few transactions from bank which got failed. I checked and found that amount was deducted from my account but it was not received by bank I contacted bank and got the same confirmation. After that I am contentiously following up with bank customer care by logging tickets, visiting branch and escalating to higher management when not getting issue addressed. 

I think I have wasted really much time on it where the issue was originally occurred in April 2013 and now we are in Oct 2015.

I want to request you to please help me in getting this issue addressed and if required please do the needful action on bank as they DO NOT LOOK INTO THE ISSUE OF CUSTOMERS EVEN AFTER ESCALATION.

I have even marked an email to bank chairman but no response 

I have faith on RBI governance and have hope from you to have some resolution.


Now bank don't have an answer if other bank didn't received my money then WHERE MY MONEY GONE ? my bank DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain / query / grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

Your statement that your made certain transactions, which were said to be failed, is not understandable.  Assuming that the transactions were made online, either they would be successful or at times, might fail.  Rare are the cases, wherein the transaction might fail, but the account would get debited.  Your mail did not elaborate on the type and quantum of transactions.  In the absence of crucial data, a solution / process can not be suggested.  If the grievance is still not redressed by your bank, please furnish full details to understand and suggest future course of action.
