ANW charges & tax?

Dear Sir/Mam i am Jayaprabu i have account poonamalee branch my brother deposited 500rs(17-10-2015) to my account i only get 329rs remaining 150rs ANW charges and 21rs TAX i need detail about ANW charge or please return my money my acc no xxxxxxxxxx5647 thanks & regards Jayaprabu J

Mr Jayprabhu,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

It appears that you have used anywhere Banking facility in your account I.e. you have done transaction from other branch either deposit or withdrawal of funds through clearing, transfer or cash and your Bank has levied anywhere Banking charges. If you were not informed about ANW banking charges or you had not signed any schedule of charges, you may write to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. If you do not get satisfactory response from nodal officer within reasonable period, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the issue.
