Broadband service?

Respected Sir, I, Satchitanand Uttamrao Joshi am working at Government Accounts Section, Collectorate Complex, as Bankas Assistant  Manager. We have a landline at office. We have applied for Broadband Service since last one month. But there no response from BSNL Office. We are working to give fast service to our customers, but as we are just waiting for Broadband we are unable to give the quick service. Why it is so delayed. If you are unable to provide us broadband service do reply to my E-Mail immediately so we can take the other services. Regards. Satchitanand Uttamrao Joshi Assistant Manager,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Since your complaint is regarding provision of Broadband connection, please take it up with BSNL.
