Airtel Data plan of Rs.175 not charged, but amount deducted.?

Yesterday at around 5:30 P.M, I did recharged my Mobile Data for Rs.175, through Ptm website. The amount is deducted from my account, but no Data plan is active. KIndly, do solve the problem at the earliest. P

Dear Saharsh

You should be taking up the matter with Ptm.  In compliance of your instructions to the bank, the money was debited to your account and credited to Ptm, who should ensure recharge as required by you.
