Dear Sir/ Madam, My bank account no is XXXXXXXXXX8633. My account is in  P.road branch, Kanpur. I got my atm card 12 days ago but i am unable to collect atm pin from branch and they are not giving pin to my parents so kindly provide my atm pin to my email address

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your pain is understandable. But you would appreciate that ATM PIN is personal and confidential. No bank has the process of handing over ATM PIN to a third party even if the third party happens to be a close relative of the customer. No  bank will communicate PIN through email. You will have to spare time to visit your home branch, identify yourself to the satisfaction of bank officials and collect the PIN.
