Account created, but amount is not reflected in the account?

I am facing the issue with my i wish accounts..I opened 2 new accounts(1 account on 30 Nov, 2015 and other on 1-Dec-2015). In the transactions it shows that the amount is transferred to i wish, but saved balance shows as 0. I am trying to call customer since last friday (4-Dec-2015). Customer care executives are putting the call on hold for indefinite period and disconnect. or transferring call to some different branches like demat.They are not ready to open a service request. Finally I was able to open a service request but they still need 9 working days to answer whats wrong with their application. Untill then, I cannot use my own money. Such a poor software application used by a well known bank and very poor customer support.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your mail lacks clarity and is confusing.  It is not known, why two account were opened.  If your money is held up, the immediate suggestion is to meet / speak to your relationship / branch manager and try to understand what has gone wrong.  9 days for a Service Request is quite ridiculous.  Pl meet up with your branch officials and get your issue resolved forthwith.  Do not waste your time by trying to post service requests.
