Emi not debited?

Hi sir i have my personal loan going on with bank. i am suppose to pay emi on 4th of every month through ecs on my bank account. today is 7th and still emi is not deducted from my bank account despite funds are available. i called customer care and they have no idea what to do so they told me they will raise a query and will check.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

After all, the bank should be more interested in timely recovery of the dues.There can be unavoidable circumstances for non execution of the EMI mandate. This may not be an isolated instance but general. You can certainly raise this issue with your branch/office for a satisfactory response.
