Bal debt but not credited yet?

Dear sir/madam my name is prashanta praamaya patra. i made a transaction on 21 December through online.I booked a IRCTC ticked the transaction was declined but amount has been debited from my account. I have already spoke to ur cc executive. he told me that the amount will be reveresed back within 12 hour.but till not it hasn't. plz do the needful

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If the online booking was made through a credit card, the refund would also be made into your card account only and not to your savings account.  And the refund would reflect in your forthcoming card statement.  Hence, you need to await your next card statement.
