At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It seems the bank debited charges towards non-maintenance of minimum average balance in the account.  You can walk into any nearby branch of your bank and seek clarification and details, since now all the banks are on Core Banking.  Post clarification, if you still feel that the charges were wrongly levied, you may complain to the management of the Bank, whose details would be available on their website.
