Recharge failed and money deducted?

Order Number: 1447365256 | Message: hi paytm, Yesterday i did recharge of Rs 200 of Airtel and in my wallet i had already had Rs 4 .So from mybank net banking Account my amount of 196 deducted and paytm shows it failed transaction and still neither the recharge done on my no nor the money refund to me back on my wallet.following are the details of my transaction. 1) TRANSFERRED TO -INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd 2) Ref No. 105027189546IG0BGIFZW7 3) AMOUNT - 196 4) DATE -05-Jan-2016 5) PAYTM ORDER NO-1447365256 6) PROVIDER - AIRTEL So please refund my money Rs 196 as soon as possible so that i can proceed my other recharges as well which i m not doing due to this fail transaction .
