There is no light and other generator device for two days in bank vill-sherda tehsil-bhadra disst- hanumangarh Rajasthan pin code 335503 please solve this problem and your staff rule and regulations and their rude behavior so customer think positive about you either some had closed their account and some are planning to close

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Typically your complaint is not service related. The problem you have highlighted could be branch/place specific and beyond the control of the local management. There may be genuine challenges in meeting such contingencies. But this does not impinge on your right to raise such raise such issues. I suggest you to take up the matter with Nodal Officer of the bank seeking long time solution.
