My self Shyju Kumaran Chakkalakal holding your Banks Platinum Credit Card XXXX XXXX XXXX 6008. I have submitted Rs.25, 000/- D.D Dated 04th February 2016 on 06th February 2016 at your J.B. Nagar Andheri Branch Reception.7th February 2016 was my card's Due Date so to update payment details to c.c.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Trust, when you handed over the DD on 6/2/16, must have obtained an acknowledgement.  If so, you shouldn't be worrying regarding the credit to your card account or late fee etc.  However, why obtain a DD (must have paid some charges), go all the way to the bank's reception to handover.  You could have made an online transfer / remittance or simply could have drawn a cheque!
