Dear All, Please don't take Bank Credit Card and the harassment from them is very severe inspite of their mistake. I have registered for auto payment more than 3 times and they are incapable of processing the same. Not even any communication from them. Due to this my payment was delayed 2 days and charged late payment. I conveyed the same to call centre and they disconnecting the cal refused give the ticked No. They keep on charging the interest and harassment is too much.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If you have an acknowledgement for the registration of auto payment, the bank is not in order in failing to carry out the instruction and further in levying the late fee.  Please do take it up in writing with your home branch and in the absence of proper / positive response, you may complain to the management of the bank.  The details of the Nodal Officer of the Bank for grievances would be available on their website.  If the Nodal Officer too is unresponsive, you may even choose to escalate the issue to the jurisdictional Banking Ombudsman, whose website is https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
