You should know the reason or circumstances under which your ATM card has been blocked. Was it at your instance or for a valid reason by your bank. You will have to comply with the bank's requirement for unblocking of your card. For this purpose you may contact Phone Banking/Call Centre of the bank or visit your home branch to get an expeditious solution.
