Debit card block?

Question

On 17th May 2015 I operated atm to withdraw Rs. 22, 500 by using debit card after 3 hr 2, 500. but in evening when i try to transfer money to friends a/c it shows card blocked with response code 050. it failed to transfer the cash.  resolve my problem in 2 days. .
