Not crediting in my account?

Question

Dear sir I have account in your bank. I went to my branch many time for complaint and also I write mail to head office of your Bank. But they have no satisfied answer. Please solve my problem or tell me what I do now. My problem is mentioned below:- Please cancel my transaction which is not credited in beneficiary account. This transaction was vai net banking
