10% Case back Not Recd from as per Offer .?

Dear Sir/ mam, As per  Bank Offer as per Recharge will be Get 10% Case back, I had Recharge in the Dt-04.07.2015 & 07.07.2015, I had Recharge Rs -50.00 two times in this Date, But Still Not Recd the Case back amount as per Recharge . when i Called today to bank Customer Care Person as that Still not Recd any Case back from He Said that today no Offer & I said to him that It is not matter of today & he Said that pls Called to Network Like - Airtel & before i say something he Disconnect the phone from his side

Hi Prabhu,

It is unfortunate that without listening fully and resolving the issue, the officer disconnected the phone.

Please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

As regards cash back, it is an understanding between the Bank and service provider/merchant that based on recharge information Bank provides the cash back to the customers who availed services during offer period. First, you check up with Airtel whether they have provided information about your transaction to the Bank. If yes, you may write to the nodal officer -grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website.
