Regarding no information provided by bank manager?

This is Milind Mungaji, Staying at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. I'm a joint locker holder bank. Below are thecThe locker consists of Gold Ornaments of both the parties and the gold which we have given to the bride during marriage. Currently there is dispute with me and my wife, the matter has been taken in the court proceedings. I had written a letter to the bank to freeze the Locker with instructions as “Not to do any transaction of the locker by any of the Individual  independently". Letter attached dated 13/05/2014. To my action the account was freezed. The Family court  has given the order to ONLY OPERATE the bank locker. But I came to know that under the instruction of my wife & her father the FREEZED LOCKER WAS BROKEN & she has taken out all the Gold ornaments. Since I'm the joint account holder, the bank has not even bothered to inform me while this entire thing was happening. We have appealed to the higher court, Session court (Thane) to apply stay on the Locker transaction, as per the Judicial Judge he has requested for the Bank statement showing that I'm the joint locker holder. As all the account documents is with my wife, i visited the bank branch, the kind of behavior shown by the manager was really disgusting. Initially he told not to give any information at all and then that he further said that i have no time for giving any justification or any information. But when i insisted in writing, the manager has given in written on my application that "No information given by court order only". Please find the attached letter dated 03/09/2015. So, I request you to provide me below clarifications: As I'm the joint locker holder, do i need to have court order for my own account information? How the bank has BROKEN the locker only with my wife's instruction, and no instruction from the court to the bank for BREAKING the LOCKER? I need in written proof from the bank showing that I’m the joint account holder. Also I need a bank statement to know all the LOCKER TRANSACTION that has happened since the account opened to till date. Hoping for your sincere cooperation ASAP..!! Thanks, Milind

Your mail mentioned that the family court has ordered ''ONLY OPERATE the bank locker''.  I assume, in compliance of the family court orders, the bank has permitted your wife to operate the locker.  The Banks have to obey the judicial instructions, unless any stay from a higher court.  If the family court order has not specified ''operation of locker'' by your wife, you should take it up further.
