Money not received through ATM but deducted from account?

Hi, I am Richa Bhadauria. I have an account with bank Railway Station Ghaziabad branch vide A/C No XXXXXXXXXX6401. I used their Debit card to get cash(5000/-) from bank ATM machine near Ghaziabad Railway Station at bazaria on 16 October at around 6:00 PM. I couldn't get cash since the machine was out of order. Still the amount has been deducted from my account which I come to after some time. I also called customer care but he again and again told that the complaint could not be feed due to server problem. therefore, i request you to take the matter in to consideration and solve my problem. Thanks

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If your complaint has not been resolved yet, the right course would be to lodge a complaint with the Nodal Officer of your bank by email or letter. You can find email address and office address of the Nodal Officer on the bank’s website.  

If you don’t receive a response from the Nodal Officer to your satisfaction, you can approach the Banking Ombudsman for resolution of your grievance. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
