Hello, I order watch on : (December 21, 2015 1:44:46 PM IST) Merchant Order Number 169625510 Citrus Order Number ndzr81 I order watch on given date . Haven't got courier tracking . No one is responding on  I have mailed to cancel my Order not getting any reply and refund also. Kindly resolved my quarry as soon as possible . Sandip Kyada D

I understand that the vendor is not responding, post your online payment for Provogue watch.  The bank would not be responsible.  You should be taking up with the vendor and in the absence of response, may approach Consumer Forum.
